Cody - Technical Director - "I started my career pushing a case and I'm not above pushing one now. My father always taught me the value of hard work. As the TD, I'm there to make sure the job gets done and often times that means grabbing an oar and helping row the boat.

It’s my belief the most important things in life are family, honesty, empathy, and hard work. I have worked my way from the very bottom of the event industry to where I am today. I have worked in every department on show site and it’s made me a strong TD with a good attitude, communication, organization and technical ability. I can speak everyone’s language and know when to allow my team of professionals to do there job, and when to offer support.

I am used to high pressure situations with high profile clients. I enjoy feeling uncomfortable because that means I’m growing and there’s a challenge ahead of me.

I think reputation is very important in this business and I encourage any and all potential clients to ask for referrals.
